Pellet Projects

The biomass sorting and pelletizing plant, located in Malaysia, was built by SIMEC in 2024. Design capacity is 2-2.5 tph.
 
It is a complete system designed to process raw biomass (such as wood chips, agricultural residues, energy crops, and forestry waste) into uniform, high-density biomass pellets.
 
The pellet production line consists of a biomass receiving system, a magnetic separator, a rotary screening system, a SPM650 biomass pellet mill, a pellet cooling and storage system.
