Pellet Projects

A recently built dust-free wood pellet plant is located in Hubei, China. It is engineered, manufactured, installed and commissioned by SIMEC, started to run since September 2023. 
The whole production process is designed to be dust-free. All wood sawdust conveying processes, grinding process and pelleting process are closed and equipped with dust filtration system.
The complete wood pellet line consists of hammer mill system, rotary dryer system, wood sawdust storage system, pelletizing system, wood pellet cooling and storage system. Four sets of SPM650 wood pellet machines can produce 10 tons/hour of wood pellets.
