This video presents a complete sawdust burner that supplies thermal energy to a 15-ton steam boiler.
The wood sawdust burner consists of a fuel-metering system, a fuel injection unit, a combustion chamber, an automated ignition device, a combustion-air distribution apparatus, and a PLC-based control system. The coordinated operation of these components enables thorough mixing of wood sawdust and air, thereby achieving complete combustion and producing a stable, high-temperature flame.
