Equipment Delivery for Organic Fertilizer Plant in Australia
Raw materials of the plant are mainly torrefied fragile organics, chicken manure, compost, and other secret ingredients. Basic technology of organic fertilizer is not complex, torrefied biomass and torrefied chicken manure are pulverized to less than 1mm, mixed with other organic materials and then pelletized in to pellets, the length and diameter of the pellets are both 4mm. The pellets would be fed into the balling mill and processed to spherosome. After screening, the end product can be packaged.
Formulations and technology of waste are customer patents, this is their first pilot project, and will build a larger scale project with the annual output of 50,000 tons in the future.
Main equipment for this project including fine grinding mill, pellet mill, balling mill, rotary sieve, Z lift conveyor and jumbo bag emptier, all of these are supplied by SIMEC. After being checked and tested, all of the cargos will be shipped from Qingdao to Melbourne in 3 sets of 40GP containers on July 7th.
