Chicken Manure Pellet Plant Delivery to Turkey

Chicken manure pellet plant consists of storage silo, cake breaker, conveyors, SPM420 pellet mills, pellet cooler, pellet sieve, control cabinet, etc. The complete production line is designed to pelletize dry chicken manure at 15~20% moisture, mixed with 10~15% sawdust and rice husks. Diameter 8mm pellets will be used as feedstock of gasification reactor for power generation. Pellet form raw material can greatly improve the produce gas yield of gasification facility.
 
All the cargos were delivered from SIMEC in the first week of August, 2020. In total 4 pieces of 40'HQ containers and 1 piece of 20'GP container are stuffed. Sailing date 8th August, 2020, from Shanghai port to Bolu, Turkey, 28 days shipping period.
