8 Sets of Wood Pellet Ring Dies Delivery to Medan

8 sets of ring dies were customized according to purchase order issued by our client from Medan. The ring dies adopts special compress ratio and hole pattern to pelletize mixed hardwood material. Roll forging technology, high precision and special heat treatment guarantee the ring dies’ service life.
 
The pellet plant in Medan adopts 4 sets of SPM520 pelletizers which have been installed and run since 2016. The production capacity is about 3000 tons/month. More details of the project please refer to the report below:

All the ring dies were packed in three cases, and delivered to Belawan port, Indonesia.
