SIMEC ring dies are made of superior-grade alloy steel that undergo roll forging processing. The preform will be subjected to a meticulous series of highly precise CNC machining operations. It guarantees unparalleled precision and quality, positioning our products at the forefront of the market ensuring high accuracy and state-of-art quality. Following the CNC machining, the ring dies will be placed in a vacuum furnace for surface heat treatment. The treatment temperature can reach up to 1100°C. This critical step enhances the hardness and durability of ring dies, ensuring exceptional performance under demanding operating conditions.
