The SIMEC SD series multi-functional shredders have been the certificate of UL, CE, CSA, TMK and etc. Thanks for the micro computer control system, the shredder has the start, stop, reversal and overload automatic reversal control functions that ensures risk-free safety operation. With sharp blade adage, the unique designed thick cutters are arranged particularly on the two shafts, which guarantee the strong shearing force and the high shredding efficiency. Any big sized raw material can be fed into the shredder without getting stuck, with super thickened steel plate after finish machining body, wide angle hexagonal strong rotating shaft and big size sturdy feeding hopper. It is characterized with low speed rotation, low noise, few dust raising.

Structure & Principle Introduction
SIMEC SD series double shredders are composed with feed bin, double shafts, output conveying system, driving system, power distribution system, control system and etc.
Feed Bin: not only does the wide-mouthed feed bin allows big size raw material to be fed, it can prevent the being shredded raw materials splashing out from the bin to threaten the operator’s safety.
Double Shaft: the abrasion-resisting knives are installed on the double shaft in a spiral arrangement, which guarantees the every blade bearing forces evenly; thanks for bulking the double shaft, the gap between the two shafts is not so big, so that the raw material can be shredded efficiently throughout the knives’ hooking and scratching, and the squeezing between the shafts.
Driving System: the two shafts are derived by the branded reducer.
Output Conveyer: the independent driving conveyer system is fixed on the shredder and can be drawn out integrally, which is easy for repairing and maintenance.
