Pellet Mills

SPM420 model wood pellet mill will be shipped to Indonesia before mid-December 2023. The pelletizer will be installed in a wood flooring mill located in Cirebon.
The raw material for making wood pellets is the waste generated during the production process of wooden flooring, such as sawdust and small shavings at moisture content 12%-14%. The main wood species are meranti and teak, tropical hard wood.
SIMEC SPM420 model pellet machine is equipped with 90 kW motor, direct coupling gearbox transmission, automatic lubrication system, overload protection, die & roller hoist device, etc. Design capacity is 800-1000 kgs/hour of wood pellets. Pellet mill runs 7x24 hours.
