SIMEC Innovated Pellet Burner Shipped to Malaysia

SIMEC has recently delivered a set of largest model of new generation pellet burner SAPB1500 and a set of spark collecting chamber to our Malaysian client. The pellet burner and spark collecting chamber serve for a drying system of a complete palm EFB pellet line located in Malaysia. Commercial operations are scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2021.
 
The automatic pellet burner performs a heat source to a drying system. Its peak capacity can achieve 1500 kW/hour (≈120 x 104 kcal/hour). The innovated pellet burner is distinguished by high heating efficiency up to 95%, wide pellet varieties applicability, minimum pellet consumption as low as 300 kg/hour, fully automatic operation and low emission. The strong and constant flame launches into an on-site-built combustion chamber.

Tiny amounts of dust and sparks drafted from the dryer’s combustion chamber will be separated and settle down to the bottom dust discharging system. Thus, clean hot air can be gained and serves for drying the wet feedstocks. The chamber is customized and matchable with dryer’s hot air volume.

The above-mentioned cargoes were packed in five packages and loaded in a 40’ HQ container and shipped to Port Klang, Malaysia on November 14, 2020.
