Hammer Mill For Palm EFB Pellet Production in Malaysia
Hammer mill plays an important role in a complete palm EFB pellet plant. It is designed to process palm EFB fiber into powder form which is proper for pelletizing technology. The powder form fiber is helpful to ensure pelletizing performance and reduce power consumption of pelletizing process.
SIMEC MFSP 140/120 heavy-duty fiber hammer mill is specially designed to process palm EFB fibers and other fibrous materials. It ensures palm EFB fiber milling efficiency and process capacity.
In view of fluffy and easy twining characteristics of palm EFB fiber after chopping and drying, SIMEC engineering team improves the feeding system and discharging system of hammer mill and optimizes its milling mechanism through long period R&D. Our design ensures uniform and smooth feeding of fibrous materials into milling chamber to achieve the expected milling performance. Meanwhile, main shaft bearings (SKF brand) are equipped with automatic cooling system which can ensure its excellent performance under heavy-duty working condition.
