Known as a vast territory with a sparse population, Russia has plenty of forest resource and flourishing wood-processing industry, which stimulates the booming development of the biomass pellet manufacturing. Located in the circumpolar latitude, it is one of the countries which enter the winter earlier and end of the cold season later in the North Hemisphere, which results in the strong demand for the wood pellets. To keep up with the demand, the pellet producer has started to purchase new pellet mill in a month or two before the winter comes. 
 

The customer, from Kazan area, has already established a wood pellet line last year, was urgent to increase the capacity of the wood pellets this winter. Throughout several Emails in Russian, we knew about his needs and recommended our SPM420 ring die pellet mill with a control cabinet, 1 pc of 6 mm ring die for pine wood, 2 pcs of 8 mm ring die for agro biomass raw material and 1 set of roller assembly. After we signed the contract, before we received the prepayment, we have prepared all the materials and semi-finished components in stock for this order. And in 28 days we finished the production. Covered with waterproof plastic package, the SPM420 pellet mill was fixed on the shock-proof steel frame and sealed with galvanized iron sheet. The pellet mill has been shipped to the destination port on October 21, and the customer will receive the pellet mill in 30 days.
